Policies
At the Reymundo School of Music, our students benefit from one-on-one time with instructors. This ensures that instructor and student have the maximum time to work together on cultivating musical knowledge and growth. As such, we feel consistent, weekly instruction is ideal for our students. ***Due to the COVID-19 crisis, all lessons are currently being given in a virtual environment, and recitals and other collaborative engagements have been suspended.***
The School follows the local school systems of both Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. All major U.S. holidays will be honored the same. However, snow days will be left up to the discretion of The School. Teacher work days are not followed and lessons will be held at their regular times.
Cancellations
You will receive a weekly, dedicated time slot for your lessons. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please provide your instructor a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice so that a makeup lesson can be scheduled.
If you cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before your regularly scheduled lesson time, your lesson will not be rescheduled. If you choose to prepay for your lessons and fail to provide 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation, you will lose your payment for the missed lesson to compensate for the instructor’s time.
We strongly encourage both teachers and families to avoid cancelling a lesson if at all possible.
Payment
Payment must be received at the time of each lesson. If you pre-pay for four lessons you'll receive $5 off each lesson.
Payment can be made by check, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
