Cancellations

Student cancellations are not guaranteed a makeup lesson under any circumstances.

 

Your reservation reserves the instructor's time during your regularly scheduled lesson day and time only. Therefore, student cancellations may be rescheduled according to the discretion of The School and according to instructor availability. 

 

Please reserve cancellations for emergencies only. If you must cancel, please respect your instructor's time by giving at least 24 hours notice by calling or emailing. Cancellations received on the day of the lesson (less than 24-hours notice) and no-shows will not be rescheduled.

 

Families are allowed to cancel lessons 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. However we strongly encourage both teachers and families to avoid cancelling a lesson if at all possible. It is within the teacher’s discretion whether to provide a make-up lesson. 

 

Payment

Payment must be received at the first lesson of the given month for the entire month’s worth of lessons. For a list of our rates please visit the tuition page.
